M2: The Institute for Experiential Jewish Education’s mission is promoting a proud and inspired community of Jewish educators who possess the personal and professional capacities to help learners find meaning and relevance in Jewish life. We run a broad range of training programs for in-service educators and consulting services for education and resource development for educational organizations. These programs and services primarily take place in North America, though M2 has a growing presence in Israel and Europe.

Reporting to the Senior Program Director, the Marketing& Program Production Manager is a Brooklyn-based, decentralized position located within the programs team. This person will design and produce all of the collateral materials used in M2 programs and seminars. M2 is known for the high quality of its productions, including digital resources such as our Values Sparks, our workbooks, our educational resources, and in-person cohort experiences. Leveraging approved logos and brand guidance provided by the Marketing team, this person will bring an artistic eye blended with strong technical skills to produce customized brochures, invitations, presentations, seminar material and more. This role is perfect for a proactive person who thrives in a high-growth, creative and fast-paced environment, is detail oriented, and interacts easily with people from diverse backgrounds.
Consult to assess needs and priorities: Work with all departments to assess the program materials needed, and clarify timelines and production requirements.
Design new materials and update existing materials: Design and produce new program materials, including brochures, handouts, videos, and more. Update existing materials as needed. Maintain the consistency of the M2 brand across all produced items.
Production Oversight: Ensure accuracy and quality control of produced materials, which includes overseeing external graphic designers, content producers, videographers and other vendors.
Develop Marketing Collateral: Support the Director of Marketing to design in-house materials such as social media, newsletters, reports and other resources.
Assisting with video production and editing: Create and edit smaller-scale videos to be used in social media and other external communications while also managing the production of larger organizational videos produced by external vendors.
Seminar Logistics Support: Up to four times a year, travel to and participate in multi-day seminars with other M² staff members and organize logistics for the events, working with the venue, lodging, and catering vendors.Prepare all materials and resources required for the seminars and design the meeting space to maximize program goals and reflect M² values.
General Support: Manage the inventory of all materials and supplies in the New York office and perform other relevant duties as assigned.
