About M² Partnership Cohorts
Blending multidisciplinary theory with immediate tool-based application, Partnership Cohorts are composed of three immersive seminars and features a custom-designed curriculum based on the partners’ needs and interests.
Content is delivered through a range of mediums, including lectures, hands-on workshops, field trips, practicum and group learning. During and in between retreats, participants benefit from personalized mentoring as well as dedicated coaching focused on curriculum implementation and integration.

Hillel U Certificate in Experiential Jewish Education
An immersive and robust six-month professional development opportunity for 2 cohorts of 25 Hillel professionals with less than five years of work experience, designed to bolster opportunities for early-career professionals in the Jewish communal world. Cohorts ended in 2019.
JFNA Next Gen Jewish Federation Fellowship
An intensive 18-month community training experience for Federation professionals working in the Next Gen or Young Leadership space. Next Gen Jewish Federation Fellows focus on high-level leadership development, Jewish enrichment and learning with the goal of informing one’s own Jewish identity and inspiring substantive Jewish experiences for millennial engagement. Run in partnership with the Center for Creative Leadership.
