M² partners with umbrella organizations, central community agencies and groups of educators to develop specialized professional development programs. These programs, which typically consist of several in-person gatherings over 9-18 months, help the educators develop a shared language grounded in M2’s unique approach to experiential Jewish education, develop platforms for strengthened collaboration and energizes the community as a whole.
Built to meet the specific needs of the hosting organization, the programs can also include individual mentoring, an ongoing Community of Practice, project development, capstone presentations and more.
