Pedagogies of Peoplehood Research Fellowship

Adam Eilath has served as the Head of School at Wornick Jewish Day School in Foster City since 2019. He is proud to lead a dedicated team of professionals who are committed to developing the next generation of leaders steeped in Jewish values and traditions. Prior to joining Wornick, Adam served as a department chair and administrator at the Jewish Community High School of the Bay in San Francisco. He also taught at Kehillah Jewish High School in Palo Alto.

Adam holds degrees from McGill University, Tel Aviv University along with certificates in education from the Hartman Institute, Harvard University, the Jewish Theological Seminary and Yeshiva University. He was recently a Wexner Field Fellow and currently serves as faculty for M2’s Pedagogies of Peoplehood Fellowship. Adam serves as the Educational Advisor for JIMENA. In 2018, Adam received the Diller Award for Excellence in Education.

Adam lives in Oakland with his wife and four children and when he has a spare moment he loves to jump in the Bay for a swim.

Clare Goldwater is a Jewish educator and leadership coach with expertise in professional and organizational development and experiential education. Working in close partnership with a wide range of organizations,  Clare oversees the development, dissemination of M²’s approach and ideas about experiential Jewish education, through consulting projects to Jewish organizations, publications, curricula materials, and more. Clare has a BA in English Literature from Oxford University, an MA in Jewish Education from Hebrew University, and a Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University. She also holds passports from those three countries and lives in Jerusalem with her family.

Saadiah McIntosh (he/him) is excited to join the M² team as a Program Operations Director. Hailing from New York, NY, he holds a BA in American Studies and History from Brandeis University. Previously, Saadiah worked at a kosher catering startup /restaurant, and as a Program Manager at Repair the World NY. Most recently, he served as a Senior Program Manager at a nonprofit that provides minority and women owned small businesses with pro bono assistance in efforts to expand their enterprises. In his free time, Saadiah enjoys singing, posturing as a pop culture connoisseur and occasionally engaging in and organizing learning opportunities with friends and family. After nearly 2 years away, Saadiah is excited to jump back into the Jewish nonprofit sector with M² . He currently lives in Washington Heights, NYC.
