Tuition: $
500
The participation fee of $500 includes accommodations, meals, all program costs, and a $1,500 travel stipend.
Open exclusively to graduates of M²’s Senior Educators Cohort who live in the US and Canada.
Full participation in the pre-seminar webinar (see dates above), the entire program in Israel, and a post-seminar webinar (see dates above).
Applications are being accepted through September 1.
Due to the highly subsidized nature of the program, financial aid is not available.

To apply to Deep Dive Israel, you must complete an application by September 1st. Final decisions will be shared the week of September 7th, and participants will have until September 23rd to book their travel and confirm their spot.
Yes, participants will be required to join Pre- and Post- Seminar 90-minute webinars, on Zoom.

Deep Dive Israel is for SEC alumni living in the US and Canada who work full time as Jewish educators and address Israel in their work. We are aiming to assemble a group that spans cohorts, geographies, and sectors in the field.
Deep Dive Israel is open to SEC alumni living in the US or Canada, as the learning is tailored to the educational and communal landscape of those two countries. We plan to expand future opportunities for alumni living outside of the US and Canada later in 2027.
Due to the highly subsidized nature of the program, financial aid is not available.
For Cohort 1, the seminar begins on the morning of Monday, October 19, and ends at 9:00PM on Saturday, October 24. If you arrive early, M² will provide a hotel for the night of Sunday, October 18; any other extensions are at your own expense.
For Cohort 2, the seminar begins on the morning of Monday, March 15, and ends at 9:00PM on Saturday, March 20. If you arrive early, M² will provide a hotel for the night of Sunday, March 14; any other extensions are at your own expense.
M² provides a travel stipend of up to $1500. You may book your own flight and submit a receipt for reimbursement.

Yes. You are welcome to extend your travel to Israel before or after the seminar but are responsible for any costs beyond the $1500 travel stipend.
The seminar is designed as a fully immersive experience with limited free time built into the schedule. If you would like to explore Israel beyond the program, we encourage you to extend your stay before or after the seminar. All sessions and activities during the week are mandatory.
As accommodations and program costs are secured in advance, the participation fee is nonrefundable.
You will share a Friday evening meal with M² alumni and educators and have the opportunity to attend synagogue services of your choice. Shabbat morning is yours to spend in a way that feels meaningful to you.
