Naomi Korb Weiss is Principal and Founder at NKW Strategies, where she partners with and advises nonprofits and foundations on strategy, program design and development, organizational effectiveness, and board governance.

Before founding NKW Strategies, Naomi served as Associate Director at TCC Group, a national social sector consulting firm, and spent six years leading strategic planning and capacity building engagements and growing her team’s portfolio and staff. Previously Naomi was CEO of PresenTense, an international nonprofit focused on training and mentoring Jewish social entrepreneurs. She also directed training and leadership development at the Foundation for Jewish Camp and the Jewish Network for Experiential Education, and served as Special Assistant to the President at Hillel’s International Center.

Naomi earned her MBA in Strategy and MPA in Nonprofit Management from NYU’s Stern School of Business and Wagner School of Public Service, where she was a Wexner Graduate Fellow/Davidson Scholar. She holds a B.S. in Marketing and Rhetoric from the University of Maryland.

Naomi lives with her family in West Orange, NJ.
