Shirli is the Israel Program Manager at M², where she brings over a decade of operational and organizational leadership experience to the role. She has worked across the nonprofit, public, and start-up sectors, including positions at the Israel Democracy Institute, BioMas biotech, and most recently at Schusterman Family Philanthropies – Israel, where she served as Senior Operations Manager and HR Coordinator.

Shirli holds a B.A. in Psychology and Geography from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an M.A. in Labor Studies from Tel Aviv University. Alongside her administrative and managerial work, she has extensive experience teaching Hebrew in a variety of educational settings, including the Hebrew University’s Rothberg International School and Young Judaea programs.

Shirli enjoys a good film, a good book, learning a new language and baking. She lives in Jerusalem with her partner and their four children.
