Justin is a technology entrepreneur with over two decades building and scaling companies. He served as Vice President at Surgimate, a healthcare technology company he helped build from the ground up, from startup to private-equity acquisition in 2022. Earlier, he was on the founding team of an Israeli startup acquired by IBM.

At M², Justin leads the organization's products and technologies, including JewishPro, an AI platform purpose-built for the Jewish organizational world, bringing his entrepreneurial and technological expertise to strengthen the next generation of Jewish professionals.

Originally from Australia, Justin immigrated to Israel in 1999. He holds a law degree, a BA, and an MBA. His commitment to Jewish life and education began early, with student leadership roles at the World Union of Jewish Students and in Zionist youth movements. An avid runner, he helped establish Run4Afikim, a relay run from Jerusalem to Eilat raising money for youth at risk in Israel. Justin lives in Jerusalem with his wife, four children and aussiedoodle Aussie.
