M² launched the Yamim Project in the aftermath of October 7th, training over 600 educators to navigate Yom HaZikaron and Yom Ha’atzmaut.
One year later, Yamim 2025 invites Jewish educators and leaders to explore new ways to approach the Yamim and other significant events in our calendar—meeting today’s challenges with renewal, vision, and purpose.

Mollie
Andron
Lead Faculty and Fellowship Director
Mollie has over 10 years experience teaching in a variety of Jewish educational settings – from formal classroom teaching to nature education, theatre education to collaborative philanthropy education. She enjoys being in the field, as well as building programs and trainings to support others. Mollie holds a double Masters in Midrash and Jewish Experiential Education from the Jewish Theological Seminary, a BA in Religion from Bard College, and is a graduate
of M²’s Senior Educators Cohort. She lives in Brooklyn, NY with her husband and children.

Kelly
Cohen
Community Convener
Kelly Cohen serves as the Senior Director of Experiential Jewish Education at the Marcus Jewish Community Center of Atlanta. Kelly has a wealth of experience as a Jewish educator working in camps, day schools, synagogues, Federations, Israel travel, and more. Most recently, Kelly served as the as the North American Director of Education for the Diller Teen Fellowship, guiding the Jewish educational vision and implementation for the global teen leadership program. She holds a BA in Near Eastern and Judaic Studies from Brandeis University, a Masters in Jewish Education from Hebrew College, and is a graduate of both the Pardes Educators Program and M2’s Senior Educator Cohort. Additionally, Kelly is also the creator of Parsha Storybook Project, an online resource for early childhood Torah literacy.

Adam
Eilath
Adjunct Faculty
Adam Eilath has served as the Head of School at Wornick Jewish Day School in Foster City since 2019. He is proud to lead a dedicated team of professionals who are committed to developing the next generation of leaders steeped in Jewish values and traditions. Prior to joining Wornick, Adam served as a department chair and administrator at the Jewish Community High School of the Bay in San Francisco. He also taught at Kehillah Jewish High School in Palo Alto.
Adam holds degrees from McGill University, Tel Aviv University along with certificates in education from the Hartman Institute, Harvard University, the Jewish Theological Seminary and Yeshiva University. He was recently a Wexner Field Fellow and currently serves as faculty for M2’s Pedagogies of Peoplehood Fellowship. Adam serves as the Educational Advisor for JIMENA. In 2018, Adam received the Diller Award for Excellence in Education.
Adam lives in Oakland with his wife and four children and when he has a spare moment he loves to jump in the Bay for a swim.

Clare
Goldwater
Chief Strategy Officer, M²
Clare Goldwater is a Jewish educator and leadership coach with expertise in professional and organizational development and experiential education. Working in close partnership with a wide range of organizations, Clare oversees the development, dissemination of M²’s approach and ideas about experiential Jewish education, through consulting projects to Jewish organizations, publications, curricula materials, and more. Clare has a BA in English Literature from Oxford University, an MA in Jewish Education from Hebrew University, and a Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University. She also holds passports from those three countries and lives in Jerusalem with her family.

NO'A
GORLIN
Chief Operating Officer
With two decades of experience in leadership roles affecting social change through high-end programming locally and globally, No’a serves as Chief Operating Officer at M². Prior to joining M² No’a served as CEO of ROI Community, as Associate Director at Kolot, and as program officer at the Chais Family Foundation and the Rashi Foundation. No’a holds a BA with honors in Psychology and an MBA, both from the Hebrew University. No’a lives in Jerusalem with her family and serves on the board of Beit Prat, an Israeli Midrasha. In her spare time No’a loves to read, cook, hike and travel.

Rachel
Hillman
Senior Program Director
Rachel Hillman knew she wanted to be a Jewish educator at the age of 12. Since then, she has worked at BBYO on a local and national level and Northwestern Hillel, where she worked for over eight years as the Associate Director. While at Hillel, she was honored with the Richard M. Joel Exemplar of Excellence Award.
A graduate of M²’s Senior Educators Cohort and the Spertus Institute, Rachel earned her B.A. from Brandeis University, an MBA from Indiana University, and a Master’s in Jewish Education from Hebrew College. Rachel is a Wexner Field Fellow and lives in Chicago.

Andrea
Hoffman
Project manager for M²
Andrea Hoffman is a project manager for M², currently working on Yamim 2.0. Among her previous roles, Andrea served as Director of Experiences and Gatherings for Hillel International and Executive Director of the UChicago Hillel. She holds an MSW from Jane Addams College of Social Work and a BA from the University of Illinois. Andrea currently lives three blocks from Lake Michigan in Evanston, IL, and feels most at home in Israel in Tiberias where the water is on the correct side.

Julie
Maschler Pearl
Design Manager at M²
Julie Maschler is the Design Manager at M². She is excited to bring her experience in design and nonprofit work to further M²’s vision to develop compelling and creative ways to engage in Jewish life. She sees design as an important medium of communication and as a way to blend the visual and narrative world. Prior to joining M², she worked for The Natan Fund and continues to consult on a variety of graphic design and nonprofit projects. She holds a BA from Brandeis University in Massachusetts and completed the Shillington Graphic Design Certificate program in New York.

Tania
Nemeth
Program Coordinator
Tania Nemeth is the new Program Coordinator at M², bringing a dynamic mix of educational and software experience to the role. Raised in Michigan and a graduate of San Francisco State University with a B.S. in Computer Science, Tania blends her technical skills with a profound passion for Judaism and education. Enthusiastic about advancing educational initiatives through a Jewish perspective, she is eager to contribute to M²’s mission. Now based in Bushwick, Tania enjoys exploring her neighborhood, experimenting with new recipes, attending Broadway shows, and losing herself in a good book.
