Rachel Hillman knew she wanted to be a Jewish educator at the age of 12. Since then, she has worked at BBYO on a local and national level and Northwestern Hillel, where she worked for over eight years as the Associate Director. While at Hillel, she was honored with the Richard M. Joel Exemplar of Excellence Award.

A graduate of M²’s Senior Educators Cohort and the Spertus Institute, Rachel earned her B.A. from Brandeis University, an MBA from Indiana University, and a Master's in Jewish Education from Hebrew College. Rachel is a Wexner Field Fellow and lives in Chicago.
