Previously, Shoshana held multiple roles at the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee (JDC), where she managed major donor portfolios, onboarded and supervised Jerusalem-based staff, and provided professional development for the global financial resource development team.
Prior to making aliyah in 2007, Shoshana earned an MBA from the University of Southern California and an MA in Jewish Communal Service from Hebrew Union College in Los Angeles. Earlier in her career, she served as Assistant Director of Camp Young Judaea in Texas and worked for Hillel at the University of Texas in Austin.
Shoshana is excited to advance M²'s mission by combining her professional experience in financial resource development and in informal experiential Jewish education, especially at this critical time for Israel and the Jewish people.
She lives in Jerusalem with her husband and three children.
