Penina serves as Development Associate at M², where she helps advance the organization’s mission to strengthen the field of experiential education to deepen engagement in Jewish life. She brings a unique blend of experience from both the high-tech and nonprofit sectors, with a focus on aligning resources with impactful initiatives. Before joining M², Penina worked as a Grant Writer at the Israel Democracy Institute. She holds a BFA from the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design.
